I'd give it 5 stars if it had daily cleaning service and missing light bulbs in the bathroom and living room. Cheaper than renting 2 or 3 hotel rooms.

What an absolutely fantastic apartment, suitable for families or just adults, fitted out with everything you could possibly need, only 10 minutes walk to district 1 or taxi rank available at accommodation entrance. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, in fact it was better than some of the higher end hotels we stayed in while touring Vietnam and a lot cheaper.

Had a wonderful time at Bachs Apartment it was very close and a short taxi ride away from the main district one tourist area of Ho Chi Minh city.
The apartment was spacious and had everything one needed for the my stay in Vietnam
I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Ho Chi Minh

We stayed here for a week in April 2014, family of 4 with two children. This apartment was absolutely perfect. Very short taxi ride to centre of HCMC, just a couple of AUD dollars taxi fare. Very spacious with everything you could need. Stunning evening views of city lights & river. Very secure. We had a fabulous time in HCMC and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone holidaying in Vietnam. So much more comfortable than a hotel when you are travelling as a family.

The apartment is awesome, such a great way to spend a holiday. It really made you feel in the real Saigon while being a short cab fare to all the tourist spots. Add the fact that there was always proper taxis waiting, it made it so easy to get around.
I was impressed with everything and a big thank you to Bach the owner for making everything top class, I will definitely be coming back here on my next visit.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay in HCM and was a welcome change from the weeks of hotel stays that preceded it. It was great to be able to eat in rather than having to eat every meal in restaurants. Since it was in District 4 it was very close to walk to District 1 yet still enjoy the more relaxed style of the residential district.
The apartment owner, Bach, was very helpful, very reliable and made the time in HCM much easier. He is so responsive that you can just relax and enjoy exploring HCM.
I really do recommend considering renting an apartment from Bach. Good value, reliable product and service.
