“It was intuitive, everything you desired was there”

Stayed here for a business related trip last year San was really impressed.
The rooms were really large and airy with fantastic bed, ac and bathroom (shower in particular), with ample supplies of complimentary I bottled water.
The food in the hotel was really good and great value for money - more expensive than outside, but you would expect that in this hotel. The breakfasts were beautiful and spent a few mornings enjoying my loose leaf tea and catching up with emails in the conservatory after my omelette and fruit!
The whole team, and service was faultless and seemed very genuine. Leo was great and really looked after the whole group and seemed to be there all the time whether breakfast or in the bar Kate at night!
Had a few treatments and hair colour down in the spa and really were the best of my life.
The pool was a lovely retreat from the city.
Really beautiful hotel that was faultless in every way

Great location in centre, walking distance to the key attractions and markets. Concierge desk organised a fantastic morning trip to the Cu Chi tunnels - S class Merc, driver, guide who spoke great English, and all tickets etc included for about $50 a head. Granted there are defintiely cheaper ways to do this I'm sure, but for the comfort and convenience this was a bargain! And believe me, after a moring in the heat/humidity/tunnels of Cu Chi, there was nothing I could have been happier to see than a cold towel from the cars fridge before we headed home! Also, make sure to ask for the local "street food" restaurant recommendations - they gave us 2, both of which were great and unlike others we vsiited, uninflated prices for westerners.

Room Tip: Can be a noisy town, so I would always ask for a high room.

The Park Hyatt in Saigon is perhaps a little more traditional than some of their other properties such as those in Shanghai, Seoul and Tokyo but it is nonetheless a wonderful hotel - just as you'd expect.

It's centrally located and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to if you want although the Italian restaurant in the hotel is excellent and the bar has a great happy hour.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a decent amount of wardrobe space for 4-5 days.

The pool area was nice too albeit a little small with relatively few loungers. It was fine when we were there but had the hotel been busy, it would have been an issue.

All in all, a good hotel and highly recommended.

My wife and I were intending to have an overnight stay only , on the way to another location in Vietnam. Unfortunately my wife became ill on the morning of departure and we needed to stay another night with no booking. The Staff of the hotel were extremely understanding, efficient and caring, as we had to try and keep the same room, change flights, notify our next destination and plan ahead. The front desk and the two young ladies on the Concierge desk could not have been more helpful . Well done - the test of a great hotel is how they deal with adversity, not just when things are going well. We ate twice in the Square One restaurant - highly recommended, and on the second night even allowed my wife to order off menu a healthy chicken noodle soup to give her energy.
Many thanks to a wonderful team.

Very short but enjoyable stay. We had a pool terrace room which was nice-very clean and classic, if a little compact once we had the rollaway bed in there for our daughter. As always with hotels, storage space was a little short for 3 travellers on a 3 week holiday but, again, we managed OK here.
Pool are was nice, but busy, and sun beds were in short supply-water very warm but still a welcome relief from the Saigon heat. Poolside service was not spectacular, but OK.
We thought breakfast was excellent-have read other reviews suggesting disappointment/lack of choice, but for us it was fine and the quality was the best we have experienced on this trip (and we have stayed in top notch places). The Pho was delicious and, omg, the egg custard tarts.......
Drinks in the cocktail bar were really very cheap in happy hour, we just did not get chance to enjoy as many as we would have liked.....still, good excuse to return. We ate in the a la carte restaurant on our first night-very good food and it was nice to eat indoors for a change! Pretty pricey for Vietnam but comparable to a decent UK restaurant I think.
Overall, this is an expensive option without doubt but the service is great, concierge ultra helpful, and overall just very classy indeed. We will return.

I stayed here for 6 nights on business and can report this as an excellent hotel. Rooms are spacious and well kept. They are kept scrupulously clean. Laundry service was efficient and cheap.
The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, as was room service and the lobby bar. We also drank in the well-appointed cocktail bar where we managed to purchase more than I would have expected for a ridiculously low price during happy hour.
Definitely worth 5 stars for a faultless performance.

First time in a Park Hyatt Saigon and for ten nights. This was a great experience. The hotel is situated in the same square as the Opera House and I had a great room facing the swimming pool - very quiet at night. My lasting memory is the smiling faces and keen service of every member of staff whether in the Square One restaurant, the Opera buffet, or the poolside terrace. The lounge area seemed very popular for afternoon tea and there is also a very lively bar in the evenings. I would return without doubt.

Room Tip: rooms into the pool area will avoid traffic noise
