Forget about all the stories about taxi's ripping people off~These guys will organise a taxi to pick you up from the airport with no payment issues for you. The hotel is clean, with working aircon, large TV's (with English channels), free Wi-Fi, hot water etc.The matrass is soft and the rooms get cleaned daily with fresh towels. I had no issues leaving my passport, money, jewellery etc at the front desk for safe keeping. Freshly cooked breakfast with a citrus juice and a western cup of coffee. If you pick a room on the higher levels the street noises during the night won't bother so much either. They will even exchange your US$ for Dong at the correct rate.
Great place!

Room Tip: If you value your sleep pick a room on the higher levels - the night life in the area puts Melbourne to shame

Helpful staff, great tours on offer through hotel, clean room, nice breakfast, centrally located in backpacker area and great value for money. Cheap airport transfers. Only downfall was during the one of the nights the power kept cutting out and turning off air con, quickly reinserted key and was fine. Didn't happen again after that. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay and staff helped me so much. Recommend to anyone. Offered a good amount of information for good days and also a lot of tours. It's close to a bunch of sites to see and is very affordable.

Brilliant hotel within the average backpacker budget. Clean, spacious rooms with TVs, and the staff are very willing to help book tours and onward travel. No lift, although this wasn't a problem for me and my friends. Only problem was there was building work going on when we were staying, resulting in a few involuntary early starts!

So far this is the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. The room quality is far more than what I expected. Very clean, high quality mattress, great location, super helpful staff , what else that I need? The only downside is I have to use the staircase to 5th floor which my room is located.I booked a single room, but I was given a room with two single beds. Great, I have some extra space.

For a solo traveler, I seriously don't feel like staying in a budget hotel like I always did. Far more than my expectation. Recommended!!
