Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The reception service is a bit cool and unhelpful.

We arrived by taxi and was short of small change. Try to ask the reception and was told they do not have small change (but I do notice during check in that have actually some). Lucky the bell boy on service helped us with his own pocket money. We were very pleased with his service.

Since we arrived at the hotel at 8am and was told the room will only be ready by 1pm. We hen visited the Ben Thanh market nearby and returned at around 1230PM. The room is still not ready and we waited at the lobby. At 1pm we asked again if the room is ready then only hey handover the key to us. I just felt that if I continue to wait, the reception will never border tell us even when the room is ready.

The room is overall clean and functional. A little bit annoying with the pipe vibraion noise when someone is taking shower. The curtain doesn't completely block it the sun light and do get bright early in the morning if you are a late sleeper.

The good part of the hotel is the sky restaurant offering stunning view if the city. Breakfast is complimentary and served with good variety.

Though not perfect, it is a good value for money for the quality they offer. I will still recommend this place.

We booked this hotel from recommendations on tripadvisor, and am glad we did. Originally booked for just one night but extended to three without any problems. First night had an upgrade, massive big room, bathroom etc. next two nights in a park view deluxe. Both rooms were good except we had a few issues with trying to get hot water on the 2nd and 3rd night. Breakfast was good, great views from the restaurant balcony. Great location, with lots of restaurants and bars close by. For the price, this was a great find. Would definitely stay here again.

The only reason we choose to stay here was it's close location to the bus stops which are literally right outside of the hotel's door. Having just arrived from Mui Ne and only needing one night's accommodation before catching another bus to Phnon Penh this was the ideal place to stay. This is a average tourist hotel and certainly meets all of the requirements of an average tourist hotel. The room was small but comfortable. We were upgraded from a room with no window to a room with a window but the window turned out to be absolutely tiny. I would have been a little upset if I had paid more for a room with a window….. Breakfast was OK and there are plenty of eating places within a two minute walk. In summary, an OK place to stay for one night.

Dear Charlene R,

Thank you for staying with us and thank for your review.

I am a little sad when you said that we are just an average hotel. All hotel management and staff always try to offer the best services to our customers. We hope to have a chance to welcome you back and show you how we improve our service...

The hotel is has a great location and rooms that is not to luxurious, but they are clean. The breakfast is average. In the evening the restaurant changes into a skybar. Where they serve nice drinks. The staff is in general friendly and helpful.

My family and I stayed at the Elios in June and loved the location of the hotel which is very close to many eateries and bars. The rooms are spotlessly clean and whilst one of the rooms we had did not have a window we knew about this so it was not a surprise. It was a bit noisy at night in the corridors adjoins the rooms but the hotel cannot control rude people. The view from the restaurant and bar at the top is amazing and a great place to have a few drinks. Breakfast is good with great choice ,but sometimes we felt is was almost a dinner buffet rather than a breakfast. Door men are excellent and always willing to help. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is right in the middle of the backpackers area of Ho Chi Minh City (where most of the good drinking and food is in the city). The rooms are very nice and a decent size, but lack windows in most of them.

The included breakfast is brilliant with a buffet of everything you could want in a roof top terrace.

Dear No N,

Thank you for your fabulous review.

The only small thing I want to talk more in your review is that the room with window. Yes, we have some rooms without window but not most of them. There is only 17 rooms without window (superior room) in total of 81 rooms that hotel has. The rest will have city view or park view.

I hope to welcome you back in the near future and this time I will arrange a room with window for you.

Best regards,
