We spent three nights at the Blue River. The staff is great, but the room was really small, we were on one of the upper floors (no elevator). There was not even room for night stands and no lamps. The only light was a really bright light that made you feel like you were in an operating room, so it was not possible to read in bed. I'm also not a fan of "wet" heads, where the entire bathroom is your shower. We had tried to get reservations in one of the better hotels but everything seemed to be full in January.
Blue River is clean and has a helpful staff, but I would only call the rooms adequate at best. Location is pretty good, once you get the knack of crossing the busier streets.
There are also a couple of computers available for internet use which was nice.More
