I had rice pancakes with bbq pork and a ton of fresh herbs, my girlfriend had a sweetcorn pancake thingy. Seems like a good place to try out street food in a safe way! Reasonable prices but not air conditioned.

If you want to have excellent and genuine Vietnamese food in Ho Chi Minh City, this might be the best choice. Highly recommended!

Good location near 'The Independence Palace' with seated verandah area. Service is very poor even for Ho Chi Minh. Food was tasteless or fatty. Had two rats running by our table

We have been introduced to this restaurant by the locals. Most impressed by the food quality, presentation and value for money.

My girlfriend and I visited here for lunch on our last day of our holiday. Initial impressions were good as the place was heaving and the building is classic Asian architecture.
We ordered some spring rolls to start, a seafood pancake and a chicken noodle dish. The seafood pancake arrived first (before the starter?) and it was extremely greasy and actually burnt. The prawns inside were still in their shells (meaning that you had to pull the pancake apart first to deshell them all. Needless to say my girlfriend didn't eat it. The spring rolls eventually arrived but they were not much better. We eventually just asked them to forget the chicken noodle dish and asked for the bill and left.
Overall it was a very disappointing meal. Nothing like the excellent Vietnamese cuisine we have enjoyed the rest of our holiday.
