I booked 4 people bedroom with breakfast included for a party of 3. When we got here, the hotel denied breakfast was included and did not honor what's in the reservation. And the hotel wants to charge us more because we have total 3 people when I already book a 4 people bedroom. bad bad service ... horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! would not recommend this place and this place is very run down!

One of the best value rooms we stayed in. One block back from the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean from the balcony, large clean rooms and bathrooms (although I have to agree with other reviews, the shower curtains could do with being replaced), AC, fridge, and internet, for $18. The other couple with us got a deluxe room for $5 more which has a huge balcony out to the ocean, great for groups travelling together to have a beer or breakfast out there. Great location, across the street from the night market, and around the corner from lots of restaurants, although we ate a number of our meals in the market (great sushi there if you want a change). The older gentleman at the front desk speaks very good English and was very nice and helpful. We signed up for an island hop from the hotel, which had some pretty comical moments and was a nice day out. The beach across from the hotel is clean and warm. We loved it here. Oh, and they had the best beds we found in Vietnam, still hard but not as hard as other hotels. We stayed on the sixth floor, elevator to the 5th then walk a flight of stairs; recommend it, quiet and great views. There is a huge development started infront of the hotel which will block their view, but it doesn’t look like anything has happened there in years, so not a concern at this time.

Room Tip: Go high to minimize the noise from the busy main strip along the beach

The location of this hotel is great: Close to the beach, bars, travel agencies, restaurants. The room size was good, AC worked well. However, this was probably one of the dirtiest hotels on our trip. The shower curtain was covered with mold and beyond good and evil!!! The staff's english is very limited and some of them are completly ignorant (e.g. had to go behind the counter to grab my key because the guy sitting at the reception did not feel like getting away from his computer). Moreover, it clearly said check out time is 12am. However,at 11am we received a phone call from the reception and were asked to leave. Not what you should get for 20$ a night!!!

a very nice 2 star hotel , with balcony rooms overlooking Nha Trang beach , and what a view . the rooms ,nice and clean , a good size , and the owner Mr Throng very helpful. he recommends tours ,arranged a good price on taxi to the airport , .no breakfast but the Asia Paradise hotel around the corner does a good buffet breakfast for 110,000 dong ( about 5.50 dollars Australian ,and the staff at that hotel so nice ) this hotel just a block back from the Novotel , and a 3 minute walk to the beach front , so a good position , and lots of restaurants and cafes in the area .. and Nha trang , wow , so lovely

Room Tip: a balcony room for sure , to admire the beach view

At twenty bucks a night, it's hard to get too excited about the negatives. I was expecting more and was but disappointed. The wifi was awful. The bathrooms weren't that clean, the rooms were older and worn. The beds were ok and i slept good. Only stayed for a couple nights and I wouldn't choose to stay here again unless I was in a big pinch. There are plenty of really good options around town that provide a better value in this price range.
