We stayed during our recent visit to Phnom Penh. I had booked two rooms online and had a amanendment done and confirmed to me. When I arrived at the hotel the reservation department has not made the changes. The duty Manager Cesser helped us out and checked us in.
The reception area is quite busy and noisy because of the casino. The security guards could be trained to be More polite as this is a hotel not airport.
The room is of good size and has all the amenities. Nice large TV but it would have been nice to add some more channels other than just news and sports.
Breakfast was great and they have nice restaurants to choose from.
Upon checkout the reservations department still has not made my changes in the system and there was a delay. Luckily the guest service Manager Mandy stepped up and got things sorted out and helped us. she was very professional and great customer service. But nothing much about the receptionist as they need more training to deal with customers in a professional manner.More
