I just recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Its a great 4 star hotel for Phnom Penh. There is a casino in the hotel which I felt it needed an upgrade. Food is good quality and money for value. The rooms are large enough, modern and clean. Large comfortable beds and pillows. The service at the outlets are great. It has been a comfortable stay. Complimentary internet service.

I would recommend this hotel as its money for value.

Be ready to do everything here, it's one big compound with basically everything from clubs, pubs, lounge, casino, spa and multiple choices of restaurants. Free WiFi and Breakfast was good. I was with my Dad and it's important to have a comfortable room after a long day city tour. Check in staff was very helpful; imagine allowing us to check in 9am as our flight arriving Phnom Penh was 7.30am. in many hotels, you will have to wait till 12noon at least...

Stayed here for one night for a business trip.
The hotel incorporates a large casino (not the Monaco classy type). It appears popular with a lot of Asian travellers / gamblers.
Much of the casino is based on the ground floor and the lobby is therefore quite noisy.
The room was ok. The good points were that it was spacious, large bed, large bathroom, free internet, quiet. The bad point: smelling of cigarette smoke, damp wall (leak from bathroom), dirty carpet, problems with hot water in the shower.
Breakfast was served buffet style in a characterless canteen like restaurant (did have a view over the river, though). Unfortunately, smoking was allowed which I found somewhat annoying.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is fairly central. About 15 min walk to Royal Palace.
Overall, I have stayed in far nicer, smaller, cheaper hotels with plenty more character in Phnom Penh.
If you just need a bed for one night it will do. But I would very strongly advise against staying there for any longer than that.

I enjoyed staying here for 1 week during an international conference. The staffs are very helpful and housekeeping was done twice a day - morning and afternoon. Foods were excellent with so much variety you can choose according to your taste and want. There's no wi-fi in rooms, but you can contact the frontdesk for an internet cord. But I think there's a fee for exceeding the number of hours they gave to the guest/s in each room.

the staff were top notch, all very nice and extra helpful, the spa is amazing, i cannot rate this spa high enough it has to be experienced to be believed- even if you call $65 expensive for a 2 hour 4 hands massage from the most beautiful girls i have ever seen and use of the jacuzzi/combo shower steam room and sauna. i would go back to cambodia just to go here again. the rooms are amazing and you can get specials online for $65 a night online. its a nice retreat from the mayhem of pnomh penh!
