Description: The Shop 240 is located on tree-lined Street 240 near the Royal Palace, it was our first outlet when we started in 2001 and it remains hugely popular. This colonial-era house has a peaceful patio out front, a wood-floored dining area inside, and a leafy eating area out back. Ceiling fans keep things cool, and a fresh supply of free newspapers in this oasis keeps our customers up to date with world events as they enjoy our Mediterranean-inspired menu. We have other The Shop locations on Street 102 and Street 337 in Toul Kork as well as The Chocolate Shop locations on Street 240 and Street 63.

“Wow! Delicious "almost real" French croissants & great coffee..”
Reviewed 16 February 2012

We just came back from "the Shop", hidden just a bit, behind a gate and a patio entrance on 240 street (close to D's bookshop) and I just had to write this review. The coffee here is amazing, they even served my cappuchino with latte art?!? This I found very rare, especially since Cambodians don't seem to care this much about their coffees. The veggieburger was deliciously fresh and the croissants almost as yummie as the real French ones....what a great place to discover, loved it and had to stop myself from not trying their delicious looking eclairs and other sweet pastries (see pics). Looking foor an excellent coffe in PP? Go visit the shop, you will not be dissapointed!

Good healthy food, not so healthy ( but delicious) pastries, excellent coffee. A lovely cafe in the modern western style.

“Nice for an afternoon break”
Reviewed 30 January 2012

Great place for a coffee, latte or tea and cakes. Cookies and muffins were very good. A nice break after the royal palace or shopping on Street 240.

“Good for lunch.”
Reviewed 27 January 2012

I'm not keen on the atmosphere, a bit too schmoosy for me. Take away is a great option. A bit overpriced, but the food is good.
