We went for lunch. We tasted dim sum and other dishes. We were very satisfied. The service is efficient. It's clean. Closed to the central market. The food is tasty. Happy!!

I've tried most things on the menu and am never disappointed. Well priced, comfortable seating. has a second floor if downstairs full. Air-con, smoking and non-smoking section (upstairs). Menu in English and Khmer with pictures.
100 metres behind (if coming from riverside) the Central Market on Kampuchea Krom Blvd. Nice staff, but limited English for most.

Place is in the middle of a very dirty street, looks cheap, but inside is clean (even the bathroom, which in Cambodia can be tricky) and helpful staff.
Dimsum was great, tasty, one filling with meat and peanuts amazing.
To be fair, food is surprising for the poor looking outside.

If you are in the area, ok. Wouldn't recommend going there just for this.

was recommended by a driver, telling me how tasty & good value it was.

ordered a stir fried seafood noodle.
the seafood was blanched, no flavour. the noodle was deep fried served with on a gravy sauce.

even the roadside food stalls put more effort in the cooking for half the price

The dim sum and won ton were good or very good and that's all there is to say ! The Sam doo rice was apparently excellent too.
