Overall stay was pleasant, meals were good, accommodation nice and rooms are clean. Be VERY CAREFUL of your personal belongings. Items were stolen and taken from luggage, presumably by one of the girl staff members in cleaning the rooms.

Do not recommend staying here given much better options

Great team of locals run the show here and you can be at ease that your belongings are safe and their recommendations are good (and objective!). This is not a resort or your regular hotel chain but the staff are sweet, obliging and yet professional. They are experienced in running programmes for youths and schools and are a great option for teams going on volunteer missions.

at Harvest Inn, the first thing you'll experience is the warmth of Cambodia and its people. The staff are extremely helpful and thoughtful, you can trust and count on them to assist with any need. Even with teaching you some simple Khmer to get around. Rooms with different permutations are available, from 2 bedded to 7 bedded, all with in-room toilets. Breakfast is also available if you'll prefer that option. Do try the breakfast, though! It is simple fare, but it's prepared with love and pride. On getting around Phnom Penh, the staff provides a tuk-tuk service for a nominal fee - which is fuss-free and completely fun! Just let them know where you need to get to, and they will get you there easily. Free wifi is also available and the rooms and toilets are cleaned out daily. The showers are heated, so you can be guaranteed a refreshing warm shower after a long day of travelling. Electrical powerpoints are plentiful in each room, but remember to bring your international adapters.

Harvest Inn also has a filtered water system for drinking water, you are free to use that to top up your water bottles before leaving the inn for the day.

Clean towels are provided (you bring your own toiletries) and the rooms are cleaned daily. If you choose the breakfast option, it changes daily so you get a good variety. With advance notice, expeditions to other parts of Phnom Penh are very convenient with the tuk tuks which the Inn operates for a modest fee. The operator is very knowledgeable about Phnom Penh and its environs. Free wifi accessible throughout the Inn. Everything is otherwise informal with a team of dedicated Khmer young men and women (whom speak English) buzzing around, all trying to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble. We fell in love with the baguettes sold at the bakery and they went and ordered 50+ loaves for us to bring home.

Heard good comments of Harvest Inn from many people before. Easy access from airport. Staff are tremendous friendly & helpful. Room is clean and comes with attached bathroom/toilet. They also make fantastic Nyonya Kueys and soya bean drinks. Jacob, the boss knows Phnom Penh well and with his team of tuk tuk drivers, will show you places other than the usual tourist sights. Strongly recommends Harvest Inn to anyone on shoestring budget.

In Dec 2010, my family wanted to book a big room. Not easily found as most hotels only have triple beds in a double room space. Only Harvest Inn can accommodate all 5 of us comfortably in a very clean & spacious environment. Besides the 5 beds, we even had space to play board games every night. We enjoyed our stay especially our 3 teenage daughters learnt some simple Khmer language from the friendly service staff. Ths boss, Jacob, recommends very good restaurants. Our tuk tuk driver even brought us to the Diamond Island to see the bridge that killed 400+ teenages just a few months ago. We were also introduced to other house guests and shared our sight-seeing tips.
I strongly recommend this place for friends and families who like to stay together in rooms for 5-6 adults. It is really fun.
