If you want a good experience at this hotel, make sure to arrive before 3pm and talk with the young female receptionist. Her english is very good and she's fair and always smiling. If you have any issues with the staff later in the evening, talk with her in the morning and she'll fix you up.
Haggle the price based on the number of days you will stay and definitely look at the rooms first as they vary widely in terms of smell and state of disrepair (a/c sometimes does not work). The rooms at the back are better for light sleepers as there is a loud disco out front booming crappy tunes till 4am.
The location is great. No need to say more here.
