One of the best things about this hotel is its location. The bars and restaurants are all along the way. You can literally walk to the Royal Palace and Mekong River. The double room is also chic and modern. The breakfast is abundant. Overall, great value!

Booked for 5 nights and enjoyed it so much we added another night. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Skybar is a lovely place to rest before heading out to dinner. Lots of dining and bar options one block away at the thriving river district

We had to move to a twin room for the extra night, and found both the double and the twin rooms were large and quiet. Both were on the river side of the building on different floors

Will definitely be back

My daughter & I stayed here for 1 night in a twin room. The room was smallish & had no windows BUT the shower was the best we had in our 3 week stay in Cambodia! The buffet breakfast (included in room rate) was delicious with lots of fresh choices on offer. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a small issue with payment through booking.com & the manger made sure we were happy & even rang our bank in Australia. Impressive indeed. They have a great roof top bar with Happy hour ( 1/2 price drinks) every night. Would love to stay here again but would maybe choose a different room style.

This hotel is in a great position close to the museum, Royal Palace, Friends restaurant, the FCC & the river bars.
The bed was comfortable. However our room was small with a poor fitting door which let the hall light in at night. The bathroom shower head was loose & it was hard to enjoy a shower without holding the hose. The bathroom lighting was so weak it was difficult to shave. The breakfast was adequate & the staff very helpful & friendly. I would not want to stay more than 2 nights here. If you can afford it try going 5 star.

The best thing about this hotel is its central location and views. Overlooking the Royal Palace this hotel is superbly located. Reasonably priced and what it may lack in luxury it makes up for in its cleanliness and welcoming staff. It has a beautiful high lofted colonial style entrance and restaurant where they serve breakfast. Happy hour on the roof top bar has great views which you'll have plenty of time to enjoy because the service and range of drinks is average. It's easy walking distance to the National Museum and art centre.

Room Tip: The suite with a garden balcony looks over the palace and well worth paying extra.

The good:
- The location next to the Royal Palace and the riverside was fantastic. Also on the same road as all the art sellers.
- The view from the rooftop bar of the Royal Palace.
- Happy hour at the rooftop bar with good cocktails.
- An abundance of tuk tuk drivers outside to take you anywhere in the city
- Complimentary bottled water

The bad:
- We arrived around midday and were told our room wasn't available until 2pm. We came back at 2.30pm and found all our luggage still sitting at the front door.
- The hotel shows lots of signs of wear. From the carpets in the hallway that are worn down (in places) to the floor underneath, to the old towels in the room.
- The doors of the bathroom did not lend as much privacy as we would have liked, given we were sharing a room with friends
- The breakfast often runs out of items and takes a long time to be restocked. On a few days, the bread tasted stale.
- Keep in mind the location has some less than desirable location near by. We stumbled across a few roads full of ladies of the night. This is a major problem in Cambodia. Maybe something to consider if you are traveling with children.

Overall a good location but the rooms are more suited to a couple than people traveling with friends.

The hotel it's in a great position. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The Tuk-Tuk drivers outside the hotel are great and are the best way to visit the city. The swimming pool is great (the water is nicely cold). Room are spacious but would need some maintenance (but nothing major). The restaurant may be faster and the food isn't impressive.

Overall a great place to stay in Phnom Penh and I would definitely advice to a friend to go there.
