Located in the heart of "girlie bar" Street 51, Chuck Norris is no place for the faint hearted or those in search of fine cuisine. Streetside streets give diners a birds' eye view of all the weirdness of Street 51 and the wingnuts it attracts, as the parade of paunching middle-aged western men with young Cambodian girls on their arms is bizarre yet oddly entertaining. It's just a business that most people don't engage in. Chuck Norris is a place to get decent dim sum (try the roulette raviolis, tiny pillows of savory diced stuffing except one, which contains fiery Chinese mustard) and have a fire shot - a shot of high octane rice wine with a Thai chili rubbed around the edge of the glass. Go around 10, grab a seat and a beer and spend an hour watching the seedy side of Phnom Penh go by from a safe distance.
