“Great Pizza in BKK1, Phnom Penh”
Reviewed 25 February 2014 via mobile

We tried the bacon pizza and the homemade ravioli con zucca at Aria d'Italia Pizzeria. The pizza crust, cheese, and sauce were very good. The pizza only comes in one size (except for the lunch set menu pizza); it was described as medium, but seemed bigger. My ravioli was a little overcooked, but I enjoyed the pumpkin flavor. I also ordered the verdure al forno - potato, zucchini, and eggplant slices. It was good, but I was so full from the very generous heap of ravioli that I could not finish it. The service was excellent; our water glasses never reached below the halfway mark, even though we tend to drink a lot. The next evening, my husband ordered the calzone delivered to our hotel. The calzone, with tomato, mozzarella, Parmesan, artichokes, mushroom, and ham, was the biggest I had ever seen. We'll be back!

“So so service but good pizza and pasta”
Reviewed 19 November 2013

Went for the first time recently as part of a big group. The service was slow and meals came out in dribs and drabs and some of the orders got mixed up - not uncommon for Cambodia but expected a bit better as we had booked in advance so they knew to expect a large group. The pizza and pasta dishes were great. My husband ordered the prawns which were isted on the menu as a main course and while he said they were tasty, it was a really small portion for $9 and didn't come with any side dishes; literally just a plate with 8-9 prawns on it. We will probably try it again but just stick to pizza/ pasta.

“Highly recommended”
Reviewed 13 November 2013

Traditional Italian cuisine, pasta and pizza, full of flavour but not over powering. The pasta was a little over cooked but the staff are friendly and attentive. Diners when we were there seemed to be mostly professional locals, prices were reasonable and the portions on the larger side. Highly recommended

“Truly authentic ”
Reviewed 2 November 2013 via mobile

We were having dinner at this wonderful cozy place, pizza with parma ham and mushrooms, as well as pasta with mushroom cream sauce, and Tiramisu for dessert. Couldn't have been better. In all our visits to Italy, we probably never had a better pizza. Food is generally MSG free at this place. The house wine was ok if not good. Great hospitality and service. We would come again anytime!
