“Nice hotel, breakfast not at level”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 August 2013

It's a nice hotel, close to the centre in a quiet street. Rooms are very nice, clean, with contemporary forniture. Service is professional, helpful and with very good English skills. A small pool is available. Negative evaluation on the breakfast: you have one choice of drink and a choice of dish at the nearby cafè. This means that you cannot have for example tea and orange juice...

Loved Phnom Penh and am very happy with this hotel choice. The staff greeted me and was helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. It is spacious and up to date in its furnishings, bathroom and wifi reception was clear. The pool/restaurant area is really nice and quiet. There are only a few menu choices for breakfast and other meals however it is adequate and I would recommend only eating breakfast at the hotel anyway. Go experience Phnom Penh! It is vey easy to grab a tuk-tuk or taxi at the front gate if you wish. The security guard was helpful. The riverfront, which is really a nice walkway, is walkable from hotel as are the main attractions. I'd definitely stay there on a return trip.

This was a great find in Phonm Penh! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. Its in a good location, we enjoyed evening strolls to some of the restaurants in the area (Duck, Friends, Knay to give a gage on distance). The staff are great ever so helpful. Room was very spacious and very clean and had ample bathroom amenities. We used the pool twice and was a great option to have as the days were so hot. You do have to take your own towels though.

The only issue we had was the noise due to the location of our room, which was right by the entrance of the hotel. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would return, requesting a quieter room of course :-)

Room Tip: We stayed in room 201 which is right at the entrance of the hotel. And was a bit noisy, you could he...

Arrived slightly early from Hong Kong and we were allowed in our rooms early. Front desk staff were very friendly and gave great advice but we did have a couple of issues with understanding our English and interpreting what we required.. The free breakfast, even though limited in choice, was quite adequate. Our room had faulty bed side lights but once staff notified they fixed immediately. The pool was a great respite after touring round in the heat all day.

Travel Trip Oct 2012 - It wasn't my first choice to come to this hotel but my friend's. When I browsed the rating for this hotel, no comment nor rating was given in this website for us to use as a basis if this hotel is worth it. The management's pictures are nice so we let it be. I went with the flow and trusted my friend's judgement.

So then the time we checked-in. We found the staff very accommodating, helpful and can speak good english. Internet is free. I like their bathroom. SOOO BIG! clean and big. And their small cafe at the swimming pool area serves good food. BTW, I love their mango shake. Thumbs up for that. Even the pasta is superb. The hotel is located near the spa and some restaurants. It will take u about...10 to 15 min by mini cab just to go to the brickroads where all the tourists goes for night life and eating.

1 thing that i got to remember though....the extra bed. Not comfortable though. As in! We were three people in the room and I got the extra one. To the hotel people, I suggest you replace your thin mattress of your extra bed. As if I felt im using sooo ordinary bed, not the hotel's standards. That is the only thing bad I can point out. Hopefully you guys rethink this one.

Overall rating....well...it's a good place to stay. just stay away from the extra bed. :P

What a great find this place was, friendly staff, lovely rooms and a l title bit of tranquility in one of Asia's crazy cities.
It's not on the full on tourist path but that is its advantage.

It is between two and three $us to get from there to the throbbing hub of phnom penh by tuk tuk, or if you are solo then a doublE up on a bike for half the price can be fun.

PWC has an office about two minutes walk so it would not surprise me to finds a couple of those folks staying there... Which is a plus as they only stay in good places.

The folks helped organise my tourism requirements I ncluding a one day bus, motorbike and taxi trip to the bokor mountains down south in Kampot. Didn't go exactly to plan but it was more to do with the local operator which they had no control.

Great breakfast, fabulous room, wifi worked well and best of all, the people there.

Yep, if I'm back in phnom penh, that is where I would stay again.
Cheers
J

After 6 yearly trips to Phnom Penh I have found the perfect getaway from the chaos...
The hotel is "child friendly" with a small pool for the little ones and a larger one for the adults.
Very clean room and grounds. The beds and linens were comfortable, adequate furniture and fully equipped kitchen..lots of closet space. The bathrooms were large enough and plenty of hot water.
Breakfast is included from the on-site coffee house. You can choose from several selections...lunch and/or a light dinner is also offered in the coffee house.
Friendly staff, quiet yet steps away from restaurants.
