I stayed at the Frangipani for 5 nights while my husband was in Phnom Penh for meetings. Good things - very close to Russian Market and lots of restaurants; nice pool; friendly staff. I feel like the housekeeping staff are poorly trained. When I checked into my room, I had only one bath towel, one robe, and no case on one of the pillows. Also, the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest. I had to ask the staff twice to bring those items up to my room. The next time we had the room cleaned, a roll of toilet paper was in the sink - very strange. Otherwise, the hotel seems about average in comfort and cleanliness. But I would probably stay here again because of the location. I had to check out one night early, and although they wouldn't give me a refund for the one night because I'd booked through Agoda, they did allow one of my friends to use the room for the night so she could use the pool. Happy compromise!
