We ended up staying here because our first preference had been booked out. We stayed here for one night and that's all that we would want to stay for. The rooms were ok but when we walked into the bathroom, the bathtub tiles were covered with mould. We even found a couple of ants crawling in our bed while we were sleeping.

Breakfast was ok, I really liked the omelette station. There's room for improvement when it came to service. We ordered drinks from the bar and the waiter got our order wrong about 3 times. It probably would have been easier if he had written it down. The spa was good but I feel the prices in Phnom Penh are a little more expensive. All in all an ok hotel if you're happy to stay for only one night.

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your positive review and sorry about the trouble you had. We are continuously working on training the team and I hope our guests will appreciate improvements. We are also working on establishing a hospitality training center, but this is taking a lot of time. Keeping finger crossed! Cheers, Alexis

I liked the entrance to this hotel with the fish pond and secret hideaway spots where you can relax in the little garden. Swimming pool also a big plus. The buffet breakfast with fresh fruit good! And the staff are very helpful. Outside are always tuk-tuks waiting to take you anywhere and the hotel posted up a tuk-tuk rate signboard on the outside which lessen the negotiating struggle.
Overall we had a good stay and its good value for money.

Jambo, Travellers ! The employee, when I arrived, wasn't polite and make me angry !!! Then, he made his apology. Third floor, room 305, our room. Lift. Very nice gateway, four pc free of charge in the hall. During the three days I was there, the staff was helpful, and they book the transfer to Sihanouk Ville, for me. One night, I got problems with A russian woman with her three children, because an 1 am the children jumped in thir room, over mine. So after a strong discussion I had with this unpolite woman, the day after, she was out, and the kindly manager ( a young and nice girl ) made me 10% of discout on the bill. Buffet, for breakfast, in a windy room. A bit pricy, but good choise.

Room Tip: Room 305, two beds. The television is in a wall not in line with the two beds. I used a towel to avoid the noise of the drobs of the air conditioner of the 4th floor, that fell on a small tin shed.

We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the location. It is a bit removed from the waterfront but that allowed us to wonder through other neighborhoods and find little restaurant and shop treasures. The staff were very friendly and helpful, good options for breakfast and service. I thought that the rooms could use a chest of drawers or similar but otherwise they were spacious and clean. Comments have been made about the odd location of the pool but I thought it was fine. Slightly removed from the restaurant and surrounded by foliage I didn’t find the location to be a problem. Good proximity to the bar for a cocktail. Photo-op tip: take the elevator to the top, walk up another flight of stairs past what looks like an unfinished construction to get to the roof. Not much décor to speak of, but great views of the city – nice for some long exposure shots in the dark as well. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Stay on a higher floor to avoid the noise on the street and check out the rooftop for a great view of the city.
