Hanami is grown in popularity with the local crowd and that has effected their ability to meet demand. I have eaten here many many times and enjoy the economics of being a Gold Card Member. Although I enjoyed the freestyle initial set-up of taking what you want when you want it, the place is still a good deal with a diverse Buffet. I particularly like the grilled dishes, sushi, and Soups. I can pick and choose from different ranges of cuisine. While the food quality is good to very good, it is not spectacular. I guess that comes with the price for a buffet of this size. Staff are always top-notch and helpful, very rare for Phnom Penh. You just have to avoid weekend nights, it is way too crowded and the food runs dry quick as the locals pile it on. Then is becomes very unpleasant.
