This hotel was just horrible. The only reason we ended up staying there is that we had just arrived in town from Siem Reap and the overland trip had gone about 3-4 hours longer than we had anticipated. When we approached our first choice hotel they were already booked solid so our taxi driver suggested this hotel. It was getting late so we took him up on his suggestion.
The room was about $20 US and was dark, musty and a bit scary. The water pressure was nonexistent (not that that is really a huge issue) and the cockroaches were also a pleasant discovery (they weren't huge compared to some of the ones we had seen on the street but they were cockroaches alright).
On the plus side, they did have free internet and were close to the Foreign Correspondant's Club where we had a great dinner.
Overall, the atmosphere in the hotel is bizarre. No one seemed to want to make eye contact and they definitely seemed more put out than helpful when we arrived.
Don't waste your money here. Stay elsewhere.
