This is a very nice little hotel with excellent service and very nice people.
The rooms are small and not very modern - but this makes the special character.
The pool is very nice with flowers and trees - a little quiet oasis within busy Phnom Penh. The restaurant location at the pool is nice - but the quality of food is not that good.
Thus, I would recommend to go outside for dinner (the Tamarind restaurant close by is highly recommended)!

Room tip: The best rooms are in the main building on the upper floor!

A fantastic place to stay close to many great tourist sites! Staff are great and do their best to help out. Although not a buffet like other places, breakfast was always served with a bowl of assorted pastries, fruit platters and your choice of a main dish- great food

Beautiful old colonial building, with spacious nicely presented bedrooms. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist with any of our needs, including contacting the airline about our cancelled flight. Nice place to come and relax in 2 great pools after exploring the busy city outside the gate.

Phnom Penh is a large and busy city, with some of the usual problems of most of the big cities, plus some extra ones we find in Cambodia (the sidewalks there are not made for people to walk).
The Pavilion hotel has an excellent location in central Phnom Penh, close to the Royal Palace grounds and the National Museum, two of the highlights of the city.
The main Pavilion hotel building is a renovated colonial style villa, with a very pleasant and lush tropical garden, with a nice pool and an outdoor restaurant, where breakfast is served, which makes this hotel a true oasis on this bustling city.
The young teams of the reception and the restaurant they work hard to help guests, always with a friendly attitude and a big smile.
Last but not least, I would like to appreciate the kindness and elegance of Mrs. Nassiba Alibaeva, the General Manager of The Pavilion, which I had the chance to meet during my stay.
Thank you for such a pleasant time.

This hotel really is a little slice of heaven in among the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. From the moment you walk through the big wooden door on the street, you are greeted by lush gardens, inviting swimming pools and a beautiful blend of traditional and colonial buildings throughout the resort. The rooms are lovely and quiet,(we had a balcony overlooking the sun pool) and they are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff are very welcoming, and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. It is situated very close to the royal palace and silver pagoda, and about 45 mins to the killing fields by tuktuk. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phnom Penh.
