“Worth Staying if you Like the Area.”

The Pandan Boutique is a rather pleasant little hotel. It is clean and comfortable with pleasant rooms and a quiet location. Having stayed in a number of these Boutique hotels in Phnom Penh over the years, they all begin to resemble each other. Uninspiring but functional. The staff were very nice and helpful without being unnecessarily intrusive. The hotel lacks a quiet comfortable area where guests can relax, without being pestered by the incessant tuk tuk drivers that plague every other hotel in the area and a swimming pool would be a great addition, if they had the space. Overall, a nice hotel for $50 per night, but really no different to all the other $50 hotels in the vicinity. I would stay there again but I would look first at the amenities of nearby hotels.

Room Tip: All the rooms are upper floors, but there is a good, but smallish elevator. Each room has a balcony...

I can't say Phnom Penh is the best place I've visited but this hotel made the trip worthwhile. Everything is very very clean and newly fitted and the rooms are almost too big. The customer service was great although you can tell they're a bit new to it but in a good way. We didn't stay for very long so can't judge the location so much but it seemed to be easy to reach everything. Would recommend.

I have stayed in quite a few spots all over Phnom Penh, but from now on I will only stay at the Pandan Boutique Hotel.

First impassions are important, and at Pandan they exceed expectations. Their welcome was marked by over-the-top hospitality. The reception area and dining room/bar make one feel like your tucked away in a dreamy little garden café. Overall the hotel is modern with up-to-date amenities and the whole property is kept incredibly clean.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious for a hotel in this price range. I stayed in a room with a balcony and found it quite lovely. Actually, the bathroom and shower were maybe the best part of an already splendid room.

The location is great, a quiet area with plenty of solid dining options within a quick walk from the property. The hotel’s breakfast is fabulous and includes refills on coffee or tea + a delightful 2 course affair, made to order.

The hotel’s website is easy to navigate and full of helpful information—in fact, their FB page is also really well done. Props to whoever is handling their online branding.

And of course, the free wifi maintained a strong signal throughout the entire hotel. Solid.

Finally I must commend the staff, especially the hostess Vimol and the rest of her team Hong, Ratana, Dara, and Smey—each of them attentive, responsive, clear in their communication, and willing to above and beyond what is expected to ensure each guest has a comfortable stay.

Rooms were large, and clean. Housekeeping was really thorough and even tidied up our stuff. There is a large safe and someone is always at the front desk so felt really safe there.

Hotel breakfast and wifi are awesome. Mostly western fare. The jams are delicious.

Front desk was helpful with bus tickets, getting tuktuks at a good price. Only qualm is that on our last day, after we checked out Ratana didn't check to make sure that the tuktuk driver knew where to drop us off. He was about to drop us off at the Giant Ibis stop when we were taking the Mekong Express. We also got a bit lost.

Locationwise this place is great for Royal Palace, at least 2 mini marts around the corner.

I will never stay anywhere else. Veemore made my stay very comfortable. She was very attentive to my needs. It felt like family. Included breakfast was yummy and included in-season fruit, bread and jam.

Rooms are large and clean. The best aspect are the staff. They are polite and very helpful. Beds are firm and I have had good sleeps.

I arrived early before check in time but I was made welcome, given a drink and magazines to read whilst I waited. They helped me with my itinerary and Organised a driver for me.

Breakfast is more than sufficient

First class, I will return

Room Tip: I was on third floor and overlooked road but was not disturbed by street noise. Noise was internal...
