After a night in the grubby Lazy Gecko next door we moved here and it was like stepping into another world. The attentive staff are friendly and full of information. The room was ok and a good size. It was clean, although after a day out you do notice a musty smell before the AC/fan goes on.

They do coffee and food downstairs and there is a PC and printer (very handy as we were booking flights).

Royal Palace is 5 mins walk, and the trendy riverside bar area is 10 mins walk. Staff can book tuktuks ($2 to most places in town) which is better than spending ages haggling on the street just to get the same price.

Not much to say really. It is in backpackers hostels area. Our room was just on this side of clean. Bathrooms are small and dated but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights sleep. No window but paid $10 for a double room. Would consider staying here again.

We( 2 women) reached the Okay Guesthouse at 11 P.M. by bus from SihanoukVille. We booked a room 2 days before and asked to have the room with 2 beds on 2-3 floor. They offer pick-up service. We asked to meet us at busstation as it was night. We were a little disapointed, if nobody answered and nobody met. If we reached the hotel, there were only a room with one big bed, the person in front-desk was not happy to manage with us.(ok, it was night):))
But the atmosphere in lounge were nice - lot of travellers were talking there .
In the morning the service were excellent and we had lot of good advices and recommendations from staff. Really nice that they protect travellers from tuk-tuk drivers, who asking too much money from tourists. I recommend always to ask tuk-tuk and different ohter services from guesthouse to pay fair price. About food? There are lot of nice restorans and bars around too. Find your favorite.Cambodian service is mostly very friendly and helpfull.

My partner and I stayed at Okay Guesthouse and were really happy with our room and the service we recieved while we were there. We had a room on the middle floor with wifi, cable tv, hot water and a big comfy bed. We organised our bus to Sihanoukville with Okay Guesthouse and we were very pleased with the service and had a great bus! (We were scammed from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh which made us wary of bus travel in Cambo). Okay Guesthouse is near restaurants and massage parlors and is only a 10 minute walk to the riverside where there's lots of restaurants and bars or a $1 tuk tuk ride! The only bad thing about this place was the cleaners blasted music early in the morning while they were cleaning and we were still trying to sleep! Besides that I would definitely recommend this place to travellers.

We stayed two times in the okay guesthouse.

The food is perfect and the the staff is unbelievably friendly.

You can manage your whole trip from there, as you can book trips, get recommendations for hotels on other cities, etc.

Absolute recommendation.

This place cost $12 a night for a double with air con. The room was clean, bathroom was your typical Asian style, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. What more could you possibly want. The breakfast in the morning was nice and lots of options. Its very fairly priced as well. A 5 minute walk to the palace and 10 mins to the river front. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Don't go there, not even for one night!
1. Rooms r badly maintained, we had broken toilet that was "fixed" only the next day, lots of ants in the room, stains on the sheets.
2. The bad was soo bed! You made a hole in it while sleeping.. Very bad!!
3. The staff there are not honest! They bargin with us about tuk tuk! Said one price and after 5 min came quietly and "found" a 3 $ discount..
4. Wanted us to pay all in advance as if we will run away..
5. Far away from restaurants but not quiet at all!!
