Nice garden, good pool, tasty breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, big room, welcome drink and small fruit plate, good location! This is a good place indeed! You will forget that you are in the noisy city! Juices and smoothies are great! Good job, guys!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Due to the hotel being located next to the President's house the street is blocked off from general traffic. This is actually a plus and makes the hotel very quiet with little road noise. When you walk into the entrance of the property, you are instantly met with tropical plants and fruit trees. There's a gorgeous pool surrounded with sunloungers, there's also a kids pool. The rooms are very spacious, with a four poster bed, air conditioning, minibar and en-suite bathroom. The included breakfast is a set menu, but there are four options to choose from or you can opt to purchase additional items.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is located within walking distance of the popular St. 240 with a range of restaurants, bars and shops. Tuktuks were always available at the end of the street. Great hotel with only around 18 rooms, so not over-run with people. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a couple for 2 nights. Rooms were very spacious, beds were huge and comfy. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We loved the setting, felt very tropical. Great location. Downside was breakfast, very minimal, set menu. Overall a nice place to stay.

We were in the room n•1 with 3 kids for 1 night, and we were happy to find this hotel in the middle of Phnom Penh so it was easy to come back every 4 hours to enjoy the pool. Nice service, quiet, perfect for 1 night

We stayed here for 1 night and it was an amazing stay. The room was very clean and had a nice little balcony. Lots of nice little touches like the fruit plate and soft furnishings - very boutique feel. The bathroom was quite basic and the room safe was broken but other than that it was fine. The lady at the front desk - her name was Thaveka was extremely helpful, she helped us call the tuk tuk driver who had picked us up from the coach station to arrange for the him to take us to the Killing Fields and the Tuol Sleng Museum the next day. She also helped arrange a private taxi for us to Kep which wasn't easy as it was the Chinese New Year period. I'm not a cat lover, but did like the numerous cats lounging around the pool and eating area. The tropical style garden was very very soothing and relaxing. The made to order breakfast was fresh and delicious. We also had a leisurely lunch here which was very tasty and relaxing amongst the vegetation.
