We've had a very good stay here! Clean, spacious rooms and comfy beds. The breakfast is good, with many á la carte Asian and Western options. Staff was very friendly, although their English is quite bad... The location is good, a bit far from restaurants, bars and night market, but close to morning market, national monument and Wat Sisaket.
Only con: most rooms have no windows...

stayed two nights after arriving in Laos. Not very central and taxis may confuse it with the other Lane Xang (we had sent an airport pickup request but as no confirmation had arrived we took a taxi, only to find out that their driver had showed up a few minutes later), but a short tuktuk ride downtown and easily walkable if you feel like it. Convenient to the bus station, where we found a tuktuk to take us to the buddha park, and morning market. Beds were firm, room was clean, bathroom nicely equipped (shampoo, tooth brush etc). Breakfast, one floor up from where the elevator goes so not a place for those physically challenged, was pretty good but not great. Good selection of international news and sports channels on TV, but wifi not strong/steady. Staff generally willing to help, not always great at it due to limited English, but they arranged for a bus to our next stop and everything worked out.

We stayed here for 2 nights and would stay there again..

Pros:
- location. Not at center of town, but not far out (easy walk to center of town) Directly across from morning market and a quick block from the bus station for routes going south.
- amenities. Full amenities including toothbrush, lots of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Lots of channels on the tv. Includes a safe and fridge in the room. Three new computer stations in the lobby.
- breakfast. Excellent array of choices including western style eggs as well as asian offerings such as rice or congee. Good quality juice and coffee. Not many things repeated between the two days.
- shower. Hot and great pressure.
- strong ac.
- staff. Very helpful and accommodating. They helped us book a cooking class at another guesthouse.

Cons.
- windowless rooms. The furnishing is nice, but it's hard not to notice that you're surrounded by walls without any window.
- thin walls. Noise travels easily between the walls and if there's any noise in hallway. It wasn't overly noisy, but it's pretty easy to hear what your neighbor is doing or any discussions in hallway.
- spotty wifi in the room. They had almost a dozen choices, but none reached our room. Strong signal in lobby and breakfast room.
- location. It's a great location during the day, but at night, the block is deserted and dark. Didn't feel unsafe, though.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good sized clean room but after that, very average. Wifi was feeble .. drops in and out and at times will not load. This is typical for Vientiane however. Hotel frontage looks directly onto morning markets which are grubby to say the least. Have been touring SE Asia for 2 months and this would have to be the most non-attractive entrance to accommodation. Whilst breakfast has a reasonable selection, all hot food was stone cold. There would have been as many restaurant staff as there were guests, but they just couldn't get it right and reminded me of robots... definitely not customer focused and paid no attention to replenishing food as it ran out. Had to ask for this to be done. Lobby staff not very customer friendly either ... difficult to determine their language skills as they did not engage much. About 2 km walk to closest restaurant. There must be other places to look at.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the location was perfect for us. About a 10 minute walk into the center of vientiane! the hotel is opposite the morning market - but don't worry you won't hear any noise.
The hotel looks as if it has been recently renovated. Our rooms was on the second floor, a good size with a hot shower. Breakfast was basic bit good, they have a choice of a few western breakfasts as well as more traditional ones.
Downstairs in the lobby are computers to use for free, and there is wifi in the rooms too.
The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our stay here.
There is a mini market just round the corner, and two great wine shoos about 15 minute walk away, if you need a tuk tuk they all hang out on the corner of the street.

Room Tip: We were close to the elevator and it pings when it arrives so if you don't want that the ask for...

I've stayed in this hotel for one night during my visit in Vientiane. It's a calm and clean hotel. Not big, but relax. Below is the Pro and Cons.

Pro:
1. Clean hotel per western standard.
2. Staff were friendly and helpful. They suggested restaurant to me which proved to be very good.
3. Location is perfect to explore this historical city.

Con:
1. Breakfast was a little bit simple.

In summary, it's a good choice in Vientiane and I will stay again.

I have stayed here twice. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room nr. 25 - a spacious and quiet room with window and fast internet access. They have a menu for breakfast......I had omelett, bacon, fruit, juice and tea...all very good. Several atm's is nearby. If you want, the staff can book bus tickets for you. They speak ok English.
