This is way overpriced considering what you get. We had booked in advance a double room only to be shown a single. We managed to get a double on the ground floor which we found dark and uninspiring, with a cloud of mosquitos which greeted our arrival. Our host did agree to spray but the sheets and ambience left us feeling as if we were in a cell.
Check out the stuffed wild animals in the lobby - rather scary... we paid $30 dollars for the night. We had planned to stay 2 nights but walked up the road and got ourselves a mekong view room in the infinitely better Inter City Hotel for $45 including breakfast. The Lani would be fine charging $10 dollars but it really doesnt merit the price we paid.
