Stayed in a family room. Huge room for three adults, plenty of space, teak floorboards and a street view. Friend left and moved into a standard room, same quality of room. Hot water in both but smaller room had terrible smell in bathroom drain so kept the door shut. Used hotel as base to walk to riverfront, the markets good shops around, plenty of food options. Did wonder how rooms were serviced cos staff were either eating or sleeping when we saw them, but beds were made. No room amenities to speak of and basic breakfast in restaurant. Friendly staff though not really forthcoming except for attentive doorman. Very comfortable beds.

Booked through Agoda mainly because I like elevators. Room was big but the hotel itself is quite old. Bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate. Breakfast was included but it was limited but the coffee was good. Walk in rate was higher than Agodas.

Rooms are big and clean but are a bit out dated. The bathroom door was a bit rotten. Shower is not great but otherwise it's fine. A bit in the expensive side butteasonable enough for Vientiane from what we've seen

great hotel for the price.young lady on reception fluent in English and really helpful the rooms are large clean and comfortable.very impressive dinning area ,the whole staff are extremely helpful .Do remember a smile soon releases their friendly Lao nature.however the chef is not an expert at cooking steak,as a chain saw could not have cut mine.(Lao food must be his field).the location is very central.as for the lift ?it works well, even if a little slow.People seem to require 5 star accom for 2/3 star price, this is a shame as their reviews are totaly unjustified.this is a nice hotel and well worth the money!

I liked my stay here...I was on a visa run and had a good time with a Thai lady, a Pomme and his girl friend... the food was ok and the staff helpful and funny, its cleaner than a lot of placed in Thailand and the money is hilarious!

Room Tip: Have a look around Vientaine its quaint.
