the place is running probably since 1990s and hadn't been upgraded since. the bowling balls provided were all chipped, some had chips so huge i could fill in a cheezel. the lanes weren't well oiled, sensors don't work so we always had 'free' points for pins that didn't fall. and horrors of horrors were when we saw the noisy local students playing bowling as though it was a game of shot put. no wonder bowling balls and the lanes were all in bad shape.
