We stayed for a week at Best Point in Sept. The location was great on the "Bosphorus side" of the main sites -- a 5-10 min. up a slight grade to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome. The hotel is very well appointed, with good towels/linens, and complimentary wine/mezzas in the afternoon and sweets/tea in the evening, It was clean and in excellent condition. Our room was 104 at the back of the hotel on the ground floor. It was spacious with 2 twin beds (plenty of room for 2 people), and so was the bathroom (with jacuzzi tub). Our window looked out to quiet street. The breakfast (at least in Sept) was on the upstairs terrace, where one side has a view of the Blue Mosque and the other side a view of the Bosphorus. The staff (Fatih the owner, Mustafah, and Jokhan) were very helpful -- they arranged a private guide at our request and were instrumental in retrieving sunglasses that I left in the van from the airport, And they didn't try to sell us anything. We had complimentary airport transfers both ways since we stayed a week. We would DEFINITELY go back, and highly recommend the Best Point.

We spent five nights at the Best Point Hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it. Our room was very comfortable, it was clean, nicely furnished and also quiet, with no noise from traffic. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a good choice of food for breakfast which was provided on the rooftop terrace with views over the sea. The position of the hotel is ideal, being only a few minutes walk from the main attractions in the centre of Istanbul.

Room Tip: We paid extra for a deluxe room. It was on the first floor so not many stairs to climb and it was overlooking a back street with virtually no traffic noise.

We are so happy about that hotel! The location is perfect and was at 5 minutes walking from Ste-Sophia and the blue mosquee. The service was so great, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was so great with a lot of choices and they may serve it on the roof of the hotel, where the view is amazing.

It is one of the nicest hotels in Istanbul. In my stay of 3 weeks in Istanbul, I stayed in 5 hotels, and "best point hotel" was without any doubt the best one. In particular, it is a great place for couples! very romantic interior design.
