Three nights for business, many times in Istanbul but I was often on the Asian side. Very nice hotel with modern rooms ( I like new hotel), good wifi and breakfast. I had also lunch at the hotel ( buffet), it was very good with a very good selection of food. To keep in consideration also for private trip / holiday.

I stayed at the Titanic City Hotel in March of 2014. Check in was easy and efficient with no problems. Desk staff were helpful, even with my lack of Turkish. The rooms are beautiful, large and well-appointed. Nothing looks worn or dirty. The bathrooms are finely appointed with a wide variety of soaps and accoutrements. There is a 120V outlet in the bath, otherwise the rest are the typical 220V European style. My adaptor works fine in all of them. Flat screen TV plays mostly Turkish TV and some Russian, but there is BBC for news. Minibar is stocked and surprisingly not too expensive. Free fruit bowl upon check in. Free tea and instant coffee in room. I didn't get the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Didn't use the spa, but they have a pool and offer massages and a mini-Hamam. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

For the money paid and star rating this is a very average hotel. The first room we where shown to on the second floor really did smell of smoke despite us requesting a non smoking room after complaining we where moved straight away to the tenth floor which was much better (better view, much quieter, larger room size and no smell) so its worth asking for a higher floor. The staff generally where quite abrupt and not very friendly but if your just using the hotel as a base this isn't too much of an issue. Breakfast was fine and free internet a bonus. In the rooms themselves one real quirk was that the duvets don't fit the beds so two of us sharing struggled not to argue over the covers.

Location wise its in a nice area not far from Taskim square there are some good wine bars and cafes in the area after a days sight seeing. Its easy to get the the tram from Taksim for sight seeing or a 20 minute quick walk to Asmalimecit for nightlife and good restaurants. Its around 55tl in the taxi from the airport. All in all for the money I imagine there are nicer hotels in the Pera area which are better located for nightlife and dining at night as well as being closer to the sights in Sultanahmet and Galata. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again

Room Tip: go for a room on the higher floors

Very nice hotel, cannot fault the service I received as we was upgraded on arrival without even asking. The Spa was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was a varied mix of food. Very good central location, I would use this hotel again if I visit Istanbul

We expected a nicer room and a richer breakfast . Rooms are quite noisy and views are very limited as you see a close by building which looks very ugly and suffocating . Most staff are unfriendly and are not very helpful. Spa prices are very high too. I definitely do not recommend this hotel . It simply isn't worth the money .

We've stayed in this hotel with my husband to be close to Taksim square, Istiklal street and Metro.
Mostley what we liked Spa Center - after long walking and watching city sights we were so happy to warm our bodies)
We stayed without breakfasts
Very nice hotel, TV has russian channel.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel with my husband and wonderful celebrated New Year!

A very nice hotel located in the ideal spot for us that were visiting Istanbul for sightseeing and fun.
We could walk everywhere we wanted or easily get a taxi that could take us anywhere.
The hotel team was very helpful and we had an amazing time.
