This is one of the most memorable, lovely hotels I've ever stayed in.
The room was beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean, and extremely quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is enormous and was fitted with double sinks, a Jacuzzi, and a range of Molton Brown toiletries. The housekeeping staff is excellent and every evening we were supplied with bottles of water and chocolates.
The hotel is situated in the hilly bit of the city- which had its perks! We ate at on the top floor restaurant on our second night and were blown away by the spectacular view of the old city from across the water.
The concierge was beyond helpful, kind, and gave us the most perfect recommendations for restaurants and drew us a map of the area around the hotel so we were able to hit the site-seeing as soon as we arrived. They also prepared us breakfast and sandwiches to take on the plane when we left early to catch our flight back to London.
It's an ideal hotel for couples, but based on how spacious the rooms are, I could see it being just fine for families with older children.
Do yourself a favor and make this your home-away-from-home for a Turkey trip.More
