It has good location.
It is known one of the most popular guest house in Korea, thus you can meet many Korean people.

I think this hotel's star rate is abour 2 or 3 stars. If you expected great facility or rooms, you are very disappointed. However, there is not big problem to sleep or shower.

At night, there is some noise at outside, I think it's not a big problem to sleep. But if you want very quiet night, I totaly recommand search another place to sleep.

My husband and I recently spent three nights in this hotel. True you have to use stairs for your luggage but we were lucky enough to receive assistance. Our room was smallish but fine with everything working. Our room was at the front and when the windows were closed it was quiet. The staff were helpful and the breakfast included in our tariff was also fine. The best thing about this hotel is its location right in the middle of the old town. Fabulous for visiting all the recommended attractions.

This hotel is pathetic
I am visiting turkey with my wife and aged parents, trusting the rating on trip advisor and the travel but to our unpleasant surprise
1.the aircon has a mind of its own
2.the rooms are on level 1 and 2 with no lifts and if you check in the night how your luggage gets to the room is your problem
3.most of the lights in the room don't work !
4.most of the rooms have no windows...if you are over 5-1/2 feet tall you are sure to bang your head against the ceiling
5.the shaving mirror is positioned so low, one will have to squat to look at his or her face
6.the attitude of the staff...rude,unfriendly, lackadaisical.
7.Noisy ...sound of traffic, people talking from
I can go on and on and on ... I am lying in one of the rooms writing this review so that others are not mislead into booking this crap hole of a hotel !

All I would say is I have been to many countries and stayed at 4/3 stars aswell as boutique hotels and this one has got to be the worst experience I have ever had. My travel agents had suggested this hotel due to its proximity to basilica cistern and grand bazaar and based on the reviews on tripadvisors my husband and I thought it would be really good but beware!!! This one is a dodgy little hotel which might just be alright for young back packers who have little to spare on accommodations. What any tourist will be in for are dirty carpets, unreplaced lighting fixtures, low ceilings ( not suitable for any one over 5 feet tall!!), carrying your baggage a two floors up, uncourteous receptionist, loud hallways, and noise from trams. Overall all you'll get is lack of sleep and a dose of grumpiness. Stay clear of this one as the ratings on tripadvisor seems almost manipulated. Suffice to say we changed hotel rooms the next day!!

Great location! You will know when you arrive in this hotel. We stayed in dorm and it was fine. Room was clean but they have one toilet have to share with everybody. The shower was great. Trip agency next to(actually inside) the hotel they were very kind but they insist to buy their products, little bit annoying. Price was expensive but I think this place has the best location in Sultanahmet area. If you stayed in dorm you will always hear the trem going up and down. There's no window in the dorm room cause its located in the basement.

In istanbul you can't find a clean hotel with good value easily. But this hotel is a great "occasion" with amazing location. all staffs were polite and friendly. But cleanness and location and of course value are very important for me if these tree items are important for you ; I think this hotel is one of the Best hotels in Istanbul.

This hotel has a great location. As others have said it is within easy walking distance of many major attractions and trams are just outside the door.
The rooms my group had on the first floor were very clean, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Water pressure was adequate and hot water was always available.Rooms that face the Main Street can be a little noisy but that is the trade off for an excellent location. Avoid the rooms on the second floor unless you're short and they have been renovated.
Breakfast is always well prepared and fresh, consisting of bread, tomatoes, cucumber slices ,hard boiled eggs, cereals ,jams, jellies and honey,a variety of juices and tea and coffee.Sometimes the breakfast room is a little crowded.
The front desk staff are always courteous and helpful and the desk is manned overnight.
Overall, good value for the money when all things are considered.
While we did not use the adjoining travel agency it seemed to busy and the staff friendly.
We would stay here again.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms on the second floor as they are very much "attic-style" in that the ceiling fo...
