Regarding your comments about air condition and room window, let us to remind we advise every Guest on arrival about special direct line "0", which you can use 24/7 to avoid wasting of your time and to offer fastest solution of any questions or issues you have in the hotel. We are sorry that you did not use it and did not give us a chance to adjust your unpleasant experience.
With regard to lack of information about the hotel, kindly inform you there is a Hotel Guide broshure in every room with all information about our services. Moreover, there are screens in elevators and in the lobby with current information about shuttle service timetable, breakfast, happenings in the hotel. etc. Also, shuttle timetable available and visible at Front Desk. We are sorry if you didn't notice it.
