“Best Ice coffee and juices in Istanbul!”
Reviewed 14 June 2014

We were there with friends after going up the Galata Tower. We were not hungry and it was hot, so we just ordered Ice Coffee and some fruit juices. We were a little unsure of what to expect, because the prices where higher than the average cafe and OMG! Best Frappe Coffee and Lemonade ever!! That was absolutely worth it! I just regret that we weren't able to come back one more time :)

“A little gem!”
Reviewed 7 June 2014

Hidden away in a little alleyway near Galata Tower, this little cafe is a mix of colour, art and music. The terrace is charming and the staff attentive. I would highly recommend their milkshakes! We have been here twice and look forward to going again.

“Excellent traditional food in a modern, well-priced restaurant”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

We tried this place recently - mom, siblings, significant others... The food was really great (the freshly made lemonade and kebabs were amazing, as well as the Muhammara) and the ambience too. The waiters and owners were so nice to us, recommending us to try different teas, giving us hazelnuts, and just being very cordial and friendly. Everyone seems to be like that in Istanbul but this place was so good we went there twice. Even though the entrance looks small and very touristy, it is definitely not that and everyone who is around Galata Tower should give it a try. Also, in response to someone's comment about good prices with the exception of alcohol, this seems to be the case all over Turkey/Istanbul so do not let that be a factor when choosing a restaurant. Another place in the neighborhood is Velvet Cafe. Delish!

“"Surprisingly and cozy place nearby Galata tower"”
Reviewed 12 April 2014

We were really surprised for this cozy place. We went there by chance but I'd say if you are looking for traditional food mixed with a modern touch you should go there. Considering the offer I think the price is reasonable. The only thing that I found unexpected expensive was the wine.Excellent food, service and atmosphere.

“A gem hidden in a corner”
Reviewed 8 April 2014 via mobile

Deceptive entrance leads to an impressive interior with nice ambience. Pictures did not do justice to the excellent food we were served. Testi kebab was a dramatic choice, with a breaking of the pot in which it was cooked, and it tasted great! Ignore the rather touristy entrance, with the menu on display.
