We were lost in the neighborhood of Nuran's Design Gallery Cafe, and the proprietor, Ayce, approached to help us. She ended up offering unsolicited to walk us a couple of blocks back to our hotel. A night or two later we ate at her restaurant. It is a very casual but comfortable atmosphere with an open kitchen. We had the menti (Turkish ravioli in yogurt sauce) and other really tasty dishes. The price was extremely reasonable.
