We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was great, the staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast and tea was very good and we used the spa which was fabulous too. Location was ideal for all the attractions and the restaurant recommendations by the staff were excellent.

Room Tip: We had a lovely corner room on the fourth floor with a balcony

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and have to say that everything was perfect! From the moment I started corresponding with the manager, Arthur Coskun, by email from California with lots of questions until the time of checkout, the staff at this hotel was caring and attentive with a genuine desire to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The rooms were spotless with all of the amenities we required and surprisingly quite modern. The food at breakfast and at teatime was great and tours the staff helped to book for us were wonderful. To top it off, the rooms were reasonably priced, the location of the hotel was within walking distance of all the Old City major sights and we could not have asked for better customer service. Thank you to all for making our stay so special and for making our visit to your great city so memorable. I'm just sorry I never had the opportunity to thank Mr. Coskun in person before we left.

I stay in this hotel for to nights with my small family, we enjoyed alot. The decoration of rooms is mixture between Arabic , Turkish and European. The food was more than great. Staff is ready to help u any time . I wish I'll come again to this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Amira for two nights on an extended layover in Istanbul. The hotel was well situated and the rooms were nicely appointed, but what set this hotel apart was the incredible service during our stay. The staff were wonderfully helpful and took care of everything from arranging tours and meals around the city to helping us get medication for a sick child on a Sunday. I have stayed in much fancier hotels but few have had such a level of hospitality.

from the initial greeting to departure we were looked after so well I cannot believe you would get a better place to stay in Istanbul. Manager gave us a warm welcome and lots of good advice where to go, eat, avoid etc and some places offer a discount for Amira customers. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent and plenty of choice all well presented. The bonus is fantastic afternoon tea, cakes, sandwiches etc served daily and all complimentary. The room top garden offers superb views of the city and the location could not be better for most sightseeing. I can completely recommend this outstanding hotel for quality and value for money even the airport shuttle they arranged worked well.

A small family boutique hotel in a walking distance from all the attractions in the old city. I have spent 2 nights over the weekend and had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. It started with a warm a welcome of the staff including an orientation about the city. Very good breakfast (not big but very fine). Every day there is a stylish tasty Tea-Time between with great cakes free of charge for the guests. I felt most welcome and at home with the friendly staff who is happy to help in every need. The best service I remember in a hotel. The decoration is very graceful and every corner is well maintained.
The rooms are nice but the one we have stayed in had no view. No lobby or show-off public areas but It is a luxurious hotel in a very reasonable price (halve of all the 5 stars well known names).

Room Tip: Some of the room in the basement have a window to the street- not recommended.
