Hotel is centrally located around 300 metres on a pebbled street sloping downward from the main thoroughfare in Sultanahmet (Diwan Yolu Cadessi). We were here with my wife in late september, and the mild chilly weather in the evening made walking a real joy.
Pluses: Small establishment, so checkin-checkout is a simple manual process (5mins max).
Place is walking distance from grand mosque, hagia sofia (step out- turn right and turn right again on the main street) and 10mins stroll to the grand bazaar (turn left on the main street).
Nice bedding, and clean toilet.
Views: From one window (could see the sea of marmara) and from the other a small mosque (just opp the hotel). We had the cheapest room on the 2nd floor, sure views are better from the more expensive options a floor up. At 90 euros was the higher rated properties in TA.
-Vs: As another observer wrote, the room is a bit small, difficult placing your luggage and moving around. I hurt my knee in the night, banging into a small table which really looks out of place in the small room.
Breakfast is the same every day, continental fare with toast and the regulars and overlooks the reception area.
