While this hotel is "in" the old town, it is also in the heart of the ragtrade with men running everywhere with huge trolleys full of bales of cloth, and noise that continued throughout the night. We changed rooms to the back of the hotel which was quieter. The hotel could not even provide us with a local map but suggested buying one at the bookstall. We were however quite close to the tram station and once we had found out where to buy tokens (near each tram stop) to get onto the tram stop, it was a very easy and convenient way to get around. All the sights can be reached via the tram and then by foot, not as advertised 10 minutes away on foot. Overall, reasonably clean, with comfortable beds but the breakfast was not that good.
