Staff are very nice and corporative. We booked 3 person room and it was arranged perfectly for us. According to the price, this hotel is way much better. Breakfast is nice. Free umbrelle available.

In short v nice experience.

We stayed at the guesthouse for 5 days, and enjoyed it very much. Good location - in the old town. Close to the Blue Mosque and within walking distance to Topkapi Palace and lots more.
Shopping and restaurants close by.
Breakfast was good, staff very helpful. Nice room and comfy bed.
Construction outside going on early in the morning, but we just closed our window.

I can say that it is a very good place, everything was clean and excellent, you can find different people from different nations and become close friends with them, about the location of this place I can say that it is very good because in 5 minute by walking you can find yourself in the heart of Istanbul fot tourists I mean blue mosque and grand bazar, my final review is that its price is very reasonable and you can have very great time in this place. :)

As a solo traveler, it was nice having someone to talk with and get advice. The young man working the desk was friendly, personable and very helpful. On the first night he even walked me down to a nearby restaurant that he recommended. This is not plush place but it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate but when staying in November, as I did, bring a jacket to the breakfast room as it is very drafty. The area where the hotel is located is not real crowded but I never felt the slightest concern when returning at night. it is just a short walk (uphill) to the Blue Mosque and most of the Old City attractions. The light rail is nearby if you want to venture a bit father out and in only about 15 minutes you can walk to the Grand Bazaar. Be careful of the "friendly" carpet salesmen lurking about trying to befriend you and draw you into their shops, but go ahead and get some free coffee if you are able to resist a major purchase, you might even learn a thing or two. English is spoken at the hotel and most places in Istanbul for that matter. I had no trouble at all during my stay and had a great visit, much of which is due to the helpful hotel clerk.
