Very nice room, very friendly staff, nice breakfast, good bed, clean and nice bathroom.
The location is just the best, close to a lot of nice restaurants and tourist attractions, but also in a very quit street.

The hotel is superbly located behind Sultan Ahmet Square, literally 3 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It is very well run, I found everything in perfect working order with modern fixtures, comfy room and bed, very clean. The staff is ever so nice, respectfully friendly, will go out of their way to help. They don't have a restaurant but there are lots of small restaurants nearby, so no problem at all in finding a good place to dine. Breakfast, although it was OK for me, could do with a bit more variety. I felt so comfortable and pampered in this hotel that if I ever go back to Istanbul, I will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the upper floor (3rd) obviously have the best views of either the Blue Mosque or the Marma...

I booked the best room of this hotel, considering this, the hotel is great. Amazing balcony , good view, perfect location.
Regular breakfast, but very nice people arround.
Considering that europeans hotels are small, this room is "big" and confortable.

The hotel has a perfect location. A walking distance to the main sights - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia , Topkapi Palace, museum and Araasta Bazaar. Our aged father loved all the walks. The hotel is chic with modern concept , free wifi and good elevator. Breakfast was served in a cheerful ambience. We were given a spacious room while our father was given a smaller room with disabled-friendly toilet. He liked the room except for the faux window.
The hotel is just a block away from the Seven Hills rooftop restaurant and it is opposite The Meathouse restaurant ( the fish was superb).
Definitely, we had made the right choice what more with all the helpful staffs making our holiday the best so far.

Room Tip: Ask for room 124 or 134

The hotel is a very chic and a trendy boutique hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The decor is very cheerful. Loved the shower with a big rainforest head. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Serkan and Seray. Both were always polite and always making sure we are comfortable. They also made sure that we were able to get the most from our touring - and shopping.

This hotel was perfect for the couple nights we stayed in Istanbul. It was centrally located in the Old City, and less than a 5 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and a lot of other sites, 10 minutes to the Bazaar, and easily accessible by tram to anywhere else including Taksim. If you take a taxi, be sure to say Biz Cevahir in Sultanahmet (Old City) next to the Four Seasons Hotel. We were taken to another hotel called Grand Cevahir once and it cost us!

Our room was very clean with modern decor, and nice sheets on the bed. Although the mattress itself was a little hard.

Overall, it was a great value for a very nice hotel!

if you want to stay in an architectural gem, then biz cevahir is it. it is sheer pleasure just to be in this boutique hotel where modern architecture is met by ottoman details. it is comfortable, best location, walking distance to everything, professional attention, impeccable service, and did i mention gorgeous place and a great value for the money. i certainly recommend it and will stay there any time i am back in istanbul, which by the way, is an amazing city.
