Istanbul Sapphire is situated in Istanbul's Levent area - full of office buildings and skyscrapers. The Sapphire is the tallest and incorporates living areas apart from the shopping centre situated on the lower floors.
The view from the top is excellent. You need to buy a ticket that also includes a 15min 4D movie. Once on the top terrace you can see the city in its entirety. But the thing that is definitely worth trying is the 4D movie. The ticket to the top was about 30 TL.

I think Sapphire is one of the modern attractions of Istanbul, which is worth it. Sapphire is easily accessible by metro - you can take on from Taksim square and get off at the stop Levent4. No need to go out from the station , as there is a corridor that goes straight to the Mall to 3-4 floors underground. But there an elevator or escalator as you want to climb the first floor, then you have to buy a ticket for Seyirterasi(View Terrace) and reach by a lift speed 54 floor just for several seconds. There's a "glazed" terrace and restaurant-caffee from which to enjoy Istanbul from above, but much better is to climb up stears the last 2 floors and to enjoy yourself to Istanbul from the top (56 floor). Although the wind that may to blowing there, be sure, the views absolutely worth! And if you take this experience in a nice sunny day you will see not only all Istanbul above, but the Black Sea also, Marmara Sea and even the Princes' Islands. The excellent finish is a 4D simulation by helicopter over Istanbul and the Bosphorus, and you'll have a "peek" at the top historical attractions too of this amazing city.

It was one of the best things I've seen in Istanbul. The Istanbul Sapphire Tower was the highlight of my Istanbul experience. Whenever you get the chance to be there, do not miss this spot..you'll be on top of the city.

this as i saw, the highest building in istanbul, i did not see higher.. the building roof sight covers a large area of istanbul 360.
some interesting numbers written in each way, where you can know the distance between the building and other countries and cities.
The restaurant is not much good, but you can take something to drink,
