I usually stay at hostels but am travelling with my 60 year old Mom in Turkey, and had trouble finding a hotel that would fit our needs (private washroom, clean, central, not expensive). Minel was perfect - the rooms are perfectly kept, the breakfast is nice, the staff is friendly, and it's nicely tucked away in a quiet lane but located a mere few minutes walk from all the sights. We're back in Istanbul for one night before flying home and will definitely stay here.
