Charm hotel was a very small hotel. We stayed there for tre nights. The only way up to the hotelroom was up on a very small and little stairs. But the Staf was lovely, food in the restaurant was good. The noice from minarets can be disturbing for some.. The wiew from roof was amasing.

My husband and I and our 2 "adult" children stayed at Charm Hotel for 4 nights.
The hotel itself is a small hotel with an amazing location - 2 minutes walk from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and close to all the other main attractions and tram station.
All staff (Muhammad, Tarik, ..) that we dealt with during our stay were fantastic! They were extremely guest orientated, and very helpful with Museumcards, airporttransfer and others.
The suiteroom for 4 Persons was perfect for what we needed. Classic in their design, 2 clean comfortable doblebeds, little luxuries like slippers, tea & coffee, free wi-fi, hair dryer, fresh towels every day, ..
The only slight downside was the noise of the hustle and bustle from outside, however I feel you would experience this is any hotel in Istanbul as it is a lively place.
The classic Turkish breakfast is includet.

Oh, and do not miss eat in the rooftop restaurant overlooking the lightened Blue Mosque at night! Great meal with great view. !

The location of the hotel is excellent, the most sights are a short walk away and the tram is also 10 minutes walk away. The staff speaks excellent English and is very friendly and willing to help you on everything you want
Although the rooms are nice and clean they are small. The bathroom is so small you have to turn sideways to get past the shower entering and exiting, but the plumbing works well.

Charm Hotel

If you are reading this you are looking for a hotel in Istanbul which can be very challenging because of the sheer number of options. Well save yourself the trouble and stay at Charm Hotel. The location is PERFECT! Roof top restaurant with views of the bosphorus and Blue Mosque. Great food. Excellent service!!!! Cute rooms with the cutest Juliet balconies over looking the quaintest street with beautiful shops. At the one end is restaurant row and at the other is a tiny bazaar. Perfection! Did we mention 5 min walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc or to tram stop that takes you to Spice Market, new city, etc.

I found this hotel online when looking for somewhere central to stay in Istanbul and stumbled upon a real gem. It is close to all the main sights (you can see the Blue Mosque when you walk out of the door) and is clean and friendly. The staff are helpful and chatty, making everyone who walks in feel like a friend.

The attached restaurant serves a great meal and is good value. Tea and coffe are complimentary when staying at the hotel and they offer a discount on food and alcoholic drinks for guests.

My friend and I didnt stay at the hotel, however we did eat at the restaurant...twice. We have traveled all over the world and this is our first time in Istanbul. This was the first restaurant we ate at during our stay. Afterwards, the other restaraunts just didnt match up. So much so that we ate again here for one of our last meals in town. I can honestly say that this is one of the TASTIEST meals I have ever eaten.
