A beautiful hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes to walk to the blue mosque, hagia sophia and topkapi palace. The rooms are nice and clean, bathroom was also perfect and we had a balcony with view to the sea. The Breakfast was also ok. The only thing i didn't like was the old yellow building in front of the hotel (we saw it also from the balcony) but that's ok.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 days and would absolute recommend this hotel. Just for your info - we payed 45 turkish lira for the taxi from the Atatürk airport to the hotel. That's a fair price.

There's something fishy about a hotel this poor having so many positive reviews on TA. It also seems more experienced reviewers are also more negative.

The exterior facade of the Innova is quite impressive and the rooms aren't half bad. It's everything else that's wrong with the hotel. Located very centrally in Sultanahment, the hotel is located on a street with nothing but boarded up shop fronts and derelict buildings.

The staff are generally ill informed, can't speak enough English and rude.

We had booked a connected room with a sea view. Instead we got a room with a view to a construction site. If your room faces the front, the traffic will keep you awake, if the back then the noise of drills.

Breakfast is lousy with horrible canned juice and a poor selection. Amazingly you have to pay extra to have your eggs any other way than hard boiled. Fresh juice is also extra.

There are many more options in Sultanahment and absolutely no conceivable reason why anyone would stay here.

Very good hotel by his position (near historic monuments+tramway), perfect service, very good breakfast and an excellent fitness center (no swimming pool).
Wifi available, but sometimes difficult in some rooms! There is an obvious outside noise for rooms in front and at some rooms behind mainly on second floor around the central elevator, rooms207 209 211, noise coming this time from air conditioning ,expelled air placed behind .
So if you get a quiet room the hotel is really perfect!
(breakfast from 7 to 10, 10 is ten!!)

Room Tip: dont take 207 209 211, try the highest floor possible................

Fabulous experience. Location was outstanding (a quick walk to so much culture) Staff went out of their way to help organise a tour on the run, including comparing availability and prices of local flights. Service with a smile, helpful and great attention to detail. The hotel was excellent.

We visited Innova Sultanahmet with 3 teenagers (12, 14 and 16 years). A family room (two adjacent rooms with connecting door) was an excellent choice for us. The kids had a room with 2 separate beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd child. We parents had a room with double bed. Both rooms were large enough.

Breakfast was quite crowded and many items were running out all the time. The fresh juice and omelets cost extra, and I saw no one taking them during our 4 nights stay. The breakfast was OK but not the same level as the other parts of the hotel.

There is a floor terrace in the hotel. The door was unlocked before sunset and the view was excellent. Some other visitors knew that earlier during the day there had been some service, too, but when we visited the roof terrace, the bar was closed and we could not see opening times anywhere.

The nice detail: first evening we were trying to find our way around the city (more than 1 km away from the hotel), when the hotel receptionist who was on his way home, noticed us and gave us excellent advice. Very nice service :)

Room Tip: Family room sleeps a family with 3-4 children without problems.
