We were staying in Istanbul one night before flying back out and were looking for a cheap place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which had clean rooms and was so centrally located to Istanbul's main attractions (the Basillica Cistern, Haya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topika Palace). The breakfast in the morning was also pretty good. Would certainly recommend to others.

It's located in Ayasophia área. Perfect location if you want to do tourism. Very near to El Gran Bazar, Ayasophia.,.
There are many restaurantes and there is one Starbucks around.
Staff are great, they were very helpful with me.

Room Tip: Wifi works in all floors

With Expedia I booked a deluxe double room , but I found a very small room , bed for one and a half, small bathroom, there was no space for luggage. We immediately asked to be moved to a room with a double bed as our booking but the receptionist told us that it was impossible and that in Sultanahmet all rooms of the hotels were of that size . In the evening we found that the restaurant on the terrace of the Hotel Arden Park, seen on Expedia , there is no work-in - progress - but you can find it in Arden City Hotel adjacent sister hotel , which is also the place where you eat breakfast , rich but not great.
I must also say that the next day, thanks to the availability and kindness of Lady AHU (new receptionist ) who understood our problem we got a room a bit ' bigger. This has allowed us to spend our vacation with peace of mind , and from that moment has always been supported by the tips of the new receptionist .
We therefore appreciate the positive sides of the structure that is the friendliness of the staff , the professionalism of the SPA , the cleanliness of the rooms and the location was great , within walking distance of St. Sophia and Sultanahmet attractions therefore recommend this Hotel.

My wife and I came to Turkey on a honeymoon trip; we stayed for 4 nights late January at Arden Park in Istanbul. We had an early CheckIn. The front desk staff were very friendly (special Thanks to Ahu) helped us arrange our daily plans around Istanbul.
The location of the hotel is PERFECT, from 5 minutes walk to HagiaSophia & BlueMosque to 20 minutes walk to GrandBazar...
Would definitely return to Arden Park whenever we head to Istanbul again :-]

We stayed in this hotel in April 2014, the location is fantastic, the hotel is very clean, our room was spotless, though slighty small, but adequate for our needs. Staff were extremely friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast was very nice and varied. The only negative is the sound proofing in the rooms. I would stay there again.

The front desk person when I was here was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered while traveling. I was there January 2013, and the room did not fit any of the advertisements. It was nowhere near soundproof. The king sized bed was smaller than a queen. The television didn't work properly. When I alerted the front desk person he claimed to be the owner(I find that hard to believe), insulted me and my girlfriend, and threatened to kick us both out and keep our money. We were also called in our room and harassed, and when I went downstairs to confront the guy he was yelling at another lady who was asking about tour information. With so many selections in the city I see no reason anyone should ever stay here.... but the breakfast was lovely.

Room Tip: go somewhere else.

The staff was really friendly, and the hotel was clean enough and all. Only one complaint. We gave a stack of post cards to the clerk at the front desk, paid her for the stamps and she said she would mail them. Not a single one out of over 20 ever arrived after months and months. DO NOT HAVE THEM MAIL POSTCARDS!

Room Tip: Ask for rooms in the front on higher floors
