I can't begin to describe the wonderful stay we had at this lovely new hotel. First, the location was perfect. it is in the heart of the historic district but just a little ways from the crazy crowds around the Topaki Palace yet close enough to walk. We indeed walked almost everywhere. We could easily walk to either the Palace or across the Galata Bridge. The hotel itself is new and beautifully appointed. It is not a budget hotel but is also not a luxury hotel. To my mind, the perfect combination of value and comfort. We had the most budget of rooms and loved it. Also, the lovely breakfast of Turkish goodies. Indeed, the value was firstrate. A quality product for a fair price. What puts this hotel way over the top is the staff. First, the owner, Heg, is an amazing person who is gracious, professional, and offers wonderful travel tips as well as insights into Turkish culture. His first rate staff of Ferhat (the terrific assistant manager), Nurcan (Ferhat's assistant), Serdar (the lovely young woman reservationist), and Kubra (the delightful breakfast manager) took his lead. Everyone made us feel right at home and offered great ideas on what to do. Words cannot describe the gracious hospitality and professionalism of this first rate hotel. No wonder it is at the very top of the list of hotels in Istanbul. Thank you Elanaz and all its wonderful people for such a memorable stay. If you stay here, take advantage of Her and Ferhat's suggestions and take some time to talk to them about their life and thoughts as citizens of Istanbul.

Room Tip: I thought the budget room on floor two was just great. Beautiful bathroom and lovely room that was...

Considered all details in a flowless and smart way. Thanks for friendly and smiley stuff. It's a passion for us in Bosphorus. Comfortable and clean rooms with seaview are quite romantic and refreshing.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights recently and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the old city, with many of the main sightseeing attractions within 10 minutes walk. There is also easy access to the city transport network to go further afield, with trams passing frequently at the end of the street. The hotel itself is small and modern. Our Deluxe Room was fairly small, but adequate for our needs and reasonably priced for such a central location. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet on offer met our needs, although the eating area was slightly cramped. There are some decent restaurants just a few minutes walk away and the hotel were happy to make dinner reservations on our behalf. Would stay here again on any future visit.

Fantastic location. .within walking distance in the right direction to the main attractions, harbour and food places. Owner Erdem and his team were the most helpful and attentive, even whipping up umbrellas when we were heading out as there was a slight drizzle. My husband and I were always greeted by a staff with a smile and they were all on hand to provide tips and advice.

Breakfast spread was great and delicious! Wifi was strong and the room though abit on the small side, was modern and clean. A comfortable and cosy stay! Would definitely stay here again! !

I was at the Elanaz Hotel for 4 nights from 7 September. The room was great and the staff were wonderful offering advice and opinion but not recommendations. I felt that the information we received was very accurate and helped us plan our days a bit better. The hotel is situated close to all the places you should visit whilst in Istanbul and close to the docking area for the cruises around the Golden Horn. Choosing this place was a great decision and if I visit Instanbul again I will go back there, it isn't a big hotel about 12 rooms I think but thats what makes it feel good, it has that personalised feel about it and I felt very welcome and catered for. So a big thank you to all the staff from the cook, to the reception to the manager.

I stayed at this property after a referral from a friend, was not disappointed. Charming boutique hotel, great location and the staff and service outstanding. Only 6 rooms but very clean and comfortable; great shower head and water volume! All spot on and would stay again, easy walking to all the main points of interest and also to walk across the nearby Galata Bridge up to Galata Tower etc. New train station will be finished soon, which will also enhance the area. Delicious breakfasts as well!

Room Tip: Pay a little more for the sea or partial view rooms if they are available - lovely outlook.
