I stayed here for three nights and it was a great base of operations for me during my time to visit the Old City. There is a great circle a block away from the hotel with a bunch of seafood restaurants that have very lively and fun dinners. A little further down you can access the beach and the waterfront. A short hike up a hill (albiet steep but very doable for anyone if yiuvtake your time) and you are at the heart of the Old City, the bazaar, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room was clean and the bed was quite good. I booked a day your through the front desk that I enjoyed and would recommend if you are there for several days. Next time I am in Instanbul I will stay on the Bosphorous to explore a new part of the city but this hotel worked out great for my needs to tour the city and explore the Old City!
