although the location of this hotel is very good, it is on Ataturk bulvar street, the location is good, on the main street, at Aksaray. but the hotel is old, is not so cheap, and the baths is not so clean, it has four or five big steps at the interance.

Room Tip: choose a room, not on the main street, if you want to sleep

The atmosfere is calm and pleasant. The room is very clean, and so is the hotel in general (some exceptions on the stairs, though if you use the elevator, you wouldn't notice). The worst part is the same as in the whole city/country: the stuff and almost everyone speaks english very poorly, but, as a compensation, they are pretty helpful...
The sea is at ~40 minutes of walking, although it might take a few hours if you stop at the miriad of shops and/or pubs that you pass by on your way there...

Booked a triple room and paid for an additional bed as four of us traveling and needed a base for the night before our onward journey in Turkey. On arrival we were shown to a small room with a double and a single, then moved to a room with 3 singles. The staff could not understand why we required an extra bed. They eventually brought us an extra bed which fitted perfectly into the room. Air conditioning meant the room was cool all night and we all had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast was great with a good choice at the buffet. Very good value for money.

Money was stolen from my room. The thief searched all my luggage, wallet etc and stole all the cash I had- while I was sleeping. On telling the manager, there was no action or acknowledgement of the problem.
