Stayed here for 3 days and by far, the worst among all the hotels we stayed in Turkey. Not sure if it deserved the 4 stars ranking.

Location was good and bad. Good because it was very near to Istiklal Avenue and amenities. Bad because the rooms were too close to busy traffic, quite difficult to get a good night sleep.

Room and hotel ambience was very much outdated. I hate the rock hard mattresses, lack of basic facilities, wierd power sockets location, unclean room and hot "air conditioning" in the room. Our groups and other guests complained about the hot "airconditioning" but the hotel said it is stil in "heating" mode from winter. However, the air conditioning in the hallway and lobby works well. Seems like they couldn't care less about our complaints.

Wall was very thin, I could hear somebody's farting next door. Bathroom water temperature was so irregular, you might as well take shower with boiling water. Or freezing water if you're unlucky. Good thing there's wifi in all areas.

Breakfast was very basic, the only good thing was the cereal. Service was not good, they even out of drinking glasses and plates. You better eat out for breakfast.

The bar was okay. There was only one bartender to serve everybody, so don't expect an excellent service. Great view on the patio overlooking the nearby neighbourhood and the strait.

Good place if you want to stay near Istiklal Avenue and Taksim Square. But you may get a better deals somewhere nearby. There's a great chance for you to stay here if you are with group tours.

We spent 4 nights at This hotel and changed our room at second night. The rooms over looking the street were very poor conditioned and the safety box didn't work properly. We moved to a room overlooking the Bosporus , and the room was smelly. The breakfast was disappointing( limited options compared to other 4 star hotels in istanbul ) . The location was almost 200 m to taqsim sq, relatively close but there are many other options closer than this hotel. However, the staff were helpful.

The meal and breakfast was beautiful but the staff is unconsered. Hotel is near to İstiklal. It is good location for İstanbul. I stayed 3 days in this hotel. Wifi is very good. It has no problem. Indoor swimming pool was very cold. It's residence was damaged. If location is imortant for you, I can recommend this hotel

A claimed 4 star hotel in Istanbul. Perfect location near the taksim square.I can assure you that it is a 3 star hotel. We were checked in as soon as we arrived.(not at 2 pm).clean room but not sound proof. In higher floor you can enjoy the view but also you will be disturbed by the islamic mosque at midnight. So you must choose between the view and comfort sleep.( I have changed my room from 4th floor to 11th floor) Break fast is not good(very limited option).indoor swimming pool was closed because of the renovation. It was too cold to use the outdoor swimming pool..But the price was low (65 € for single room per night)

I have spent their 7 days , the only good thing is the hotel location , (5 minutes’ walk from Istanbul Street , 1 minute to the bus station ) ,
but other than that everything related to the hotel is disaster , very poor breakfast , stuff is unfriendly and most of them can’t even speak English , rooms are very old and nasty , and not sound proof , you can hear all the surrounding rooms , and the noise of the traffic as the hotel is on a main street are like hell when you are trying to sleep , the bed was short (I am 183 cm tall , and my foot was out of the bed when I was spieling ) , very bad design for the king bed rooms as they all have a tall pillar in the middle of the room ,

Finally I DO NOT recommend , as by the 100 Euro per day , you can get a much better hotel in the same area

Room Tip: Choose any hotel on the area by this one

I spent 8 days at this hotel.
Breakfast was the only good thing at this hotel.
list of bad things:
1. AC is very bad, even when you turn it to the lowest Temp, room stays very hot.
2. Most of the workers are very very bad at English. I would say 90% of them.
3. Beds and Pillows and not comfortable to sleep at.
4. Bathroom is not clean and Shower water is not always hot.
5. Pool is Small.
6. Do not book any of the Hotel's arranged tours, they are expensive

Room Tip: Never book a room at this Hotel
